Executive Assistant to Claire Williamson
It's time to bring a superstar into the Team!
This is a dynamic role, as a personal assistant to Claire Williamson you'll be across all of Claire's projects, businesses and personal life.
She's running multiple fast-growing businesses across mortgage advice, investments, insurance, education, and community initiatives.
You need to be an organisational hard out, excited about managing a lot of different things at once, calm and efficient.
Claire is high-energy, always-on, passionate, excitable, and will come at you with hundreds of ideas, which you'll be able to quickly distill into clear actions.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, moves quickly, anticipates needs, and takes pride in being the person who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be working directly with an entrepreneur who is deeply involved in leadership, business strategy, content creation, public speaking, events, mentoring, and investment initiatives. The right person will become a gatekeeper, organiser, executor, and quiet powerhouse behind several commercial and community projects.
If you love building structure in chaos, developing and improving systems, fast decision-making, are action-focussed, and want to work with someone who has vision and pace, this role will suit you perfectly.

Someone who cares about doing things properly the first time at speed
Bonus If You Have:
Experience supporting a coach or business owner
Experience in professional services (finance, legal, admin, operations)
Event coordination or content exposure
Digital marketing or CRM experience
Simple design skills

~25-30 hours per week, flexible hours to be agreed with likely growth
Ideally the right person will be based in the Waikato and willing to travel to Cambridge a few times per week to work alongside the Team
